I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. With a background in law enforcement, I bring a unique perspective and deep understanding of the complex stressors faced by first responders, who continue to hold a special place in my heart and my work.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and I frequently integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in reconnecting with their inner strengths and navigating trauma-related symptoms.
Whether you’re facing the impact of trauma, struggling with anxiety, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to walk alongside you as you discover the tools and insights needed to live a fuller, more grounded life.
