I have been a counselor since 2008, focusing on substance use. While realizing mental health has played such an important role in substance use and our daily lives, I returned to school and obtained a master’s degree in counseling. I am an Air Force veteran who is dedicated to helping my fellow veterans. I am EMDR trained and available to assist you in your personal journey.
