I work with people to strengthen their relationships and navigate life’s challenges. I’m passionate about supporting those in high-stress careers, like the military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. My collaborative approach is rooted in attachment theory, compassion, and positive psychology. My goal is to help my clients identify patterns that aren’t working in their lives and to help them develop new habits to achieve their desired life.
